I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with the receipt generated for my property tax payment for the year 2024-2025.

I made the payment for my Application id ( 1601059739) on [12-July-2024] through the BBMP online portal. The transaction was successful, and the amount was debited from my account. However, upon receiving the receipt, I noticed that it contains incorrect details, which are as follows:

Year is showing 2023-2024 instead of 2024-2025.
Also no rebate was shown while doing the transaction as it is very much under the given time that is 31,JUly,2024.

I have already paid the amount for the period 2023-2024 on 10-4-2023 last year with receipt number 23241166466.

This discrepancy is causing me considerable inconvenience. I request you to kindly look into the matter and issue a corrected receipt at the earliest.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of the the incorrect receipt and the already paid receipt for the year 2023-2024 and any other relevant documents for your reference.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Please inform me of the steps being taken to resolve this issue and the expected timeline for the corrected receipt to be issued.
