Dear BBMP Offfiicer, 

I am writing to bring to your attention the poor condition near my residence due to the " The Caffeine Baar" cafe which has built a slope that causes water storage near my residence. 

* They have placed big dustbins right out my home by which it has become breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects , posing a serious health hazard. The foul smell emanating from it is unbearable and makes it difficult for us to even step out of our homes which is affecting the old aged people and kids in my home.

* They also turn on the machinery in the shop during mid night when everyone one sleeps peacefully and disturb which causes disturbance for the helath and safety.

We request you to take immediate action.
