Dear sir or madam. For a few years now, the neighborhood construction projects and neighbors themselves have dumped heaps of construction rubble, garbage, toxic materials and human waste on the vacant plot in the corner of Kuvempu road and 11th cross in vignan nagar. Repeated requests to citizens to stop dumping have failed and bbmp has not been very responsive either. Now, there are huge snakes, bandicoots and other creatures that have inhabited the plot and are making their way to the surrounding neighbors. We do not know the owner of the plot and he/she is not being responsible to keep their property clean. Now, the constant stench is leading to breathing problems for several senior citizens surrounding the plot and poisonous snakes are threatening the safety of little children. If there is a fatality, we have no choice but to bring about a law suit on the property owner and BBMP for ignoring this problem.
