i live in Kallahali. in 'A' type accommodation. Behind my house in the D block. some peoaple are rearing poultry birds and dogs and they let the cocks and hen roam free all night, climb on the water tank and right from middle of the night till early morning make noise disturbing the sleep of not only us but children too daily. along with this menace, the dogs are also put in the kennel right behing our house the barking of the same also disturbs us a lot.  All reuests made t the owners of the animals are falling on deaf ears. Please help us out. On top of the they feed two street dogs which have littered pups now. reatin further nuisance.
