Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of the 10th cross, Muthurayaswamy layout, sunkadakatte. From the last few months, we are facing the problem of collecting of door to door garbage from the BBMP garbage auto. For a week, the garbage auto will come 2 or 3 times for the adjacent roads but it won't come to our residence road (10th Cross).

Many times I had stopped the auto and called the garbage auto driver to come to our road for collecting of garbage by the driver refuses to come. This makes the people of our road to dump their garbages into the road corner, which inturn a hectic job to the BBMP to clean those garbages from the road.

So I please request you to take these issues as a higher priority and help us to keep our area clean.
