Respected Sir, I would like to alert your office authority that the BSNL Landline referred above and registered with the BSNL Kannur, Kerala Circle bearing No 0490 235 8979 in the name of My Mother Begum Safiya Usman in Kodiyeri Exchange, Kannur, Kerala has resorted to continues network error including 80% data lose and voice clarity. It started around 2- 3 years back and the long delay of repairing is not yet happens during all these periods. Last week I continuously contacted the concerned BSNL office in Kodiyeri, Thalassery and Kannur but in vain. I strongly recommend to handle my issue and restore the Land Line which me and family had been suffering last 2 to 3 years. The aforesaid network error met with an additional Land phone disturbance and broadband defect starting from the Covid 19 lockdown period and exists since last 3 years. I had put umpteen numbers of efforts and follow-ups with the BSNL office as well as other offices in BSNL Kannur Circle but in vain. The claimant does find it difficult to cope with this kind of complete ignorance and malpractices of the telecommunication act. I most respectably submit the following points for your kind consideration and action. The above said BSNL Landline is kept by me and my family for the last 25 to 30 years, I have made several complaints to BSNL Kodiyeri and they came and they didn’t do any beneficial effect to me and they are taking refuge on the alibi of not making any repair so I didn’t get proper internet and voice call. Considering all this factors you must rectify all these defects concerned to my phone. Moreover, The BSNL employees and the sub contractors were physically present for on the emu of repairing the phone and it’s eyewash. They did practically nothing to correct the defect. I was simply complaining in 198 plus BSNL offices including the Kannur area GM and other officials. Taking in the consideration all these aspects you must physically verify these matters. The defect still exists in my phone as before they approached and came for repairing the phone. I have made a journey facing many dangers and obstacles from my house during this covid time to the BSNL Kodiyeri office on 30-09-2020 and I have patiently waited for more than one hour and brought this matter before the authority particularly Mr. Satheesh Babu Cell: +91 944 6312 488, JE BSNL Kodiyeri. He ignored my genuine request and his team held fraudulent methods of repair and maintenance, actually they didn’t repair. These kinds of practices are wildly spreading in these areas especially in BSNL Kodiyeri, Thalasserry and Kannur area. Precious two hours was lost in my life, it’s a colossal wastage of hard earned energy and hard earned time. Also I strongly recommend taking proper action towards these kinds of fraud activities including my Landline connectivity and repair. Such kind of behaviors and cheating of both me and my family including the connectivity issue are rising day by day, which may create strong loop holes for those corrupts and badly affect the public connectivity plus telecom rules in the government. I have a feeling that these malpractices were done with the assistance of someone in the Kodiyeri office which also needs to be looked into. Therefore I would humbly request your office to take out this matter for further investigation. The claimant shall be glad and obliged if you could take sincere inspection of my Landline connection, including issue me a new stable Landline and do the needful at the earliest. As a sincere social worker, I submit this petition to get justice from you and justice demands appropriate action. Also I would greatly appreciate if you could take further action towards the concerned BSNL Kannur, Kerala and the above said BSNL Kodiyeri by issuing a strong investigation and ordering further government procedures.
