An State Bank of Travancore (SBT) and Indian Centre for Social Transformation (Indian CST) a registered Public Charitable Trust joint collaborative initiative to establish a robust NPA Tracking System and an integrated GPMS cloud computing solutions for the banking sector

1. To address the multiple CIF's related concerns raised by the regulator and take care of the possible AML/ATF related concerns in the KYC perspective with capacity to push and pull data over the Internet
|
2. To address home, msme, sme, corporate, agriculture, car, education loans granted by branches of the Bank enabled with early warning signals
|
3. To customize integrated GPMS cloud computing platform to address Multiple CIF's, KYC, NPA’s, Loans online at all the bank branches at all state & district levels and provide for MIS / Dashboards.

4. To establish a robust NPA tracking mechanism with a scalable and dynamic KYC data management environment for NPA account holders to be tracked effectively by generating event based SMS / Email Alerts

5. To help in tracking and keeping effective check on the existence, physical condition and utilization of banks' own assets-like buildings, branches, ATMs, machines & equipment’s, located across the country and regions that provides alerts for these assets to become non–performing assets.

6. To help in developing a fool proof mechanism for implementing the Know Your Customer (KYC) norms that Integrates data from multiple systems, departments, users, and business entities.
