Two neighbors are constructing / extending their residences simultaneously. Their construction material has been unloaded on the narrow, arterial roads of our colony, blocking access to our vehicles. Concerned owners not accessable and construction supervisors are either rude or indifferent to request not to block access. Already existing vehiclular parking has made the carriageway narrow, which is now fully blocked by these constrction materials. Please help.

Subject : Toilet built illegally on Footpath

Greetings of the day!

Wish to bring to your kind notice on the above captioned subject that the toilet is built on footpath illegally by the builder.

This illegal toilet on footpath is causing lot of inconvenience to us and also poses health hazard risk to us. I have requested the builder multiple times to demolish the toilet and clear the footpath. But his behaviour has always been rude and threatening.

Kindly take corrective action and free the footpath from this illegal toilet encroachment. This will help us in multiple ways in creating a swachha bengaluru and contribute towards our beloved PM's swach bharat abhiyan.

Kindly demolish the toilet and clear the footpath.

Subject : Construction Material Trash Dumped on Road in front our House

Greetings of the day!

Wish to bring to your kind notice on the above captioned subject that the construction material trash is illegally dumped by the builder on the road in front our gate thereby blocking our entrance to the house.

This illegal trash dumping on road has forced us to permanently close one of the entrance gate to our house and denied us our basic right of access to public road. Also due to the trash, lot of unwanted plants have started growing and they pose a health hazard risk to us due to unhygienic conditions. I have requested the builder multiple times to clear the trash and let us use the road. But his behavior has always been rude and threatening.

Kindly take corrective action and free the road from this illegal trash dumping. This will help us in multiple ways in creating a swachha Bengaluru and contribute towards our beloved PM's swach bharat abhiyan.

Illegal encroachment of road.. 8th cross ,anadapura door number 475

Dear sir,

We have been residing in Soundarya Devi Apartment based in Okalipuram, Bangalore for more than a decade now. We have been noticing that hawkers and other commercial establishments have taken over foothpath fot thier use creating a havock to fellow people walking and even huge traffic snarls every day. It is absolulety dangerous also creating a nuisance to the common public, kindly request you to take very strict action and take some necessary actions. To bring to your notice even local police has been allowing these people and encouraging them for creating more trouble. My sincere request for you to take some quick action. Awaiting your earliest positive response.

My name is anil Kumar I'm working in Chickpete ward no.109. For working purpose everyday walking on bvk iyengar road footpath in this market maximum shopkeepers blocking footpaths this is very difficult to walk on footpath so I request you please do something for pedestrian

Respected sir, I'm a resident of kadrenahalli the road encroachment by shopkeeper upto half of the road, 6fewt from yellow parking linr and throwing of garbage on the main road itslef in newly laid road in Subhash Chandra Bose road kadrenahalli. Kindly look after this and oblige.

Day day foothpath encroachment is getting increased in Bommanahalli ward, first of all road in that road is very narrow and vechile movemnet is high and its very risky for the senior citizen to walk on the road.  Every week new vendor is opening the shop and its very very risk for senior citizien to walk on the road. I request you to please take some action as soon as possible.

This complaint is to bring to your notice the footpath encroachment done by Prakash jeweller by way of a steel ramp occupying the footpath on the main road. This causes inconvienence to general public using the footpath. Attached pictures shows the details of the encoroachment. Kindly remove the encroachment at the earliest.

The footpath as be gone can't even walk and people thro garbage and uren there itself, if it rain no way to it will block the road also it's in main road I have been complaint to BBMP office twice no response

There has been small shop built on footpath, and road is very narrow.

Due to which people cant walk on footpath and has to walk on busy road. due to which many accidents are happending. 

Kindly requested to clear that and make pedestrains which include childrens and elderly to walk on it. 

Enchroachment of footpath by Shop owners

Sir /Madam,

The footpath along the enitire strech of Govindpura Main Road has been enchroached by shopowners.

Though there is enough space for the shop owners to use their shops to store and sell their goods.

The shop owners have been using the footpaths for their goods forcing thousands of people to walk on the road causing frequent traffic jams and also in some cases accidents.

I, on behalf of the citizens using this footpath on a regular basis, hereby tender my sincere request in getting these illigeal enchroachment cleared from footpath on urgent basis so as to prevent people from walking along the sides of the roads on account of congestion on this footpath.

I hope swift action is taken and footpaths are restored for pedestrians to walk on it
