I have made the property tax payment online for Property Tax payment. Below are the details.

The amount got debited from my account and the confirmation is attached as Receipt Number 1600139652. Still i am unable to download the receipt.

The payment status is still showing as Payment transition.

Please track the amount and credit the same against my application number.

Could you please clarify how to refile my property tax.

While paying proprty tax for 2016-17, I could fill in required details and when I tried to pay through Credit card on PayUMoney option(instead of billdesk), Error displayed was 

Bad Gateway

Processing of this request was delegated to a server that is not functioning properly.

If I go back to Payment status, its showing the status as "payment transition", and if I try to repay, again I hit the same error "Bad Gateway...."

Kindly clarify next set steps. Thanks !

My SAS Application No is 124746 2016-17 Application No is 1600011406 Transaction/Challan ID is 16176455 Pay mode OF Net amount is blank Paid status Validity Expired, Refile your application Paid amount is Blank. 

Screen Shot of Payment Status is enclosed. I have been trying since last 2 weeks and I am getting the same message as shown above. 

On my visit to BBMP office Malleshwaram 5th cross, they advised us that online payment application have to be completed by online.

Kindly guide us in cancelling/refiling the application to enable us to make payment by 30th April to avail rebate of 5%.

Same issue

I am not able to complete my BBMP payment online. I get the below error and unable to refile or edit to make changes. Kindly help. I have been following up on whatsapp support as well since 17th April. The phone line support does not pick up at all. Its just 3 days left now...

We even visited the BBMP ward office asking them to help pay through offline mode but they just asked to wait..It has been one month since this problem has occurred and Iam not able to pay the tax on time

Please advise how to pay the tax on time. I dont want to be penalised for your inability to correct the online systems / enable manual payment

I am getting the error message "Validity Expired, Re-file your application" for the application number :- 1600012118.

I visited ward office and they are inefficient to fix this problem. Please fix this issue to pay the tax before May end.

I am facing the same problem as many others while trying to pay property tax for the year 2016-17.

My SAS No. is 2508778. My payment status says ''Validity Expired, Refile your application''.  However, there is no procedure or instructions given regarding refiling of apllication. Kindly rectify this issue as soon as possible.

HOW TO FIX ISSUE: Unable to Modify data,Active Transactions/Challan found for your application and unable to get into the payment gateway to make the payment. So, I went to the Payment Status screen but here after filling the details,I am getting the message : Validity Expired ,refile your application.

SOLUTION:

steps>

1)call Help Line: 080-2266 0000

2) once they pick in 5mins, tell them the error above and mention ur application no. wait for 5 mins for them to get back to unblock the same, once they confirm its fixed

3)go ahead to the form 1 form and fill ur one of pid/sasno etc and goto step3, click on i agree and select challan or online. i tried the challan receipt, and it worked . the challan is valid for 5 days. dont disconnect the call, it takes atleast 5mins per waiting :) - 

I made property tax payment using online payment option.

After i made the payment in payment gateway, page not found returned and amount deducted from account.

When i check payment status, it's shows "Validity Expired". Please let me know the next step to get the payment status cleared & print the payment receipt.

Was paying property tax thorugh the portal by Net banking, was faced problem that : The amount was didected in the Bank account but the transaction was showing failed. Can you please help me in this or Give back my amount to my account.

Next tried to pay the tax one more time but this time was done some settings in the browser. Removed the popup blocker and allowed all the pop up blocker in the browser. After the setting , the payment was successfull and also downloaded the Tax reciept.

But the question is how to get back the failured first attempted money ??

Dear Sir/Madam,

          Am Girish, i have paid BBMP tax for the year 2018-2019 online from Karnataka Bank Savings Bank Account on 10/04/2018 of Rs 2451/-. But after some time when i tried to download the receipt BUT the Message displayed is PAID STATUS as "VALIDITY EXPIRED" and Paid Amount as 0.0 when approached the Bank regarding the same they said the merchant has received the money and plz contact BBMP. Am unaware what i have to do.

    The BBMP tax payment for the year 2017-2018 for the application number ‘1300080561’ was performed on 04-08-2018 through PAYU money gateway.
    the amount 9901 Rupees is deducted from  my account and the status is shown as error at the end of transaction.

    And the payment status in BBMP website is shown as ‘Validity expired’ so not able to generate the receipt from the website.

    Also the amount is not Re-verted to my account.
