As instructed by BBMP wasting water for washing your car,or outside throwing water for cleaning has been restricted. Near my area right next to my house the family is been throwing water so much that it washes the road with water comes all there mud and dirt too please come and instruct them not to waste water and outside house can be cleaned with brooming too and less water it's like garbage here
