I am writing with utmost disgust to inform you that the BBMP personnel who cleans the road at 2nd main road, 2nd stage, Arekere MICO layout has been dumping road-waste (which includes composted leaves and flowers from the tree) which has been rotting and attracting flies, rats, mosquitoes in front of the house we stay. When questioned with the personnel, we were informed that it is not up to her and that she doesn't have any other place to dump. The people who were supposed to pick up the garbage have not picked it up yet. Either way, it has been really inconvenient to stay at home because of the smell and all the other things the garbage gives rise to. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
