Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention the neglected state of an open area in our locality, where several large cement pipes and construction debris have been abandoned, as seen in the attached image. These materials have been lying unattended for an extended period, posing not only an environmental concern but also a safety hazard for residents, especially children and the elderly.

The area is becoming an eyesore, attracting litter and possibly turning into a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other pests. It also poses a risk of injury, given the size and placement of the concrete pipes.

We kindly request the BBMP to take immediate action to:

1. Remove the unused cement pipes and associated debris.

2. Clean and restore the area to prevent further dumping.

3. Put up a notice board to discourage illegal dumping of construction material.

Your prompt attention to this matter will be highly appreciated by all residents in the vicinity.
