ON 19TH MAY I MADE PAYMENT FOR DOWLOADING E KHATA AFTER APPROVAL WAS RECEIVED , POST PAYMENT IT REFLECTED AS PAYMENT FAILED BUT FROM MY SIDE PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL SO ON CALLING BBMP HELPLINE I WAS TOLD TO ENTER THE BANK TRANSACTION DETAIL TO RE PRINT FAILED KHATA. BUT THE ERROR MESSAGE WAS PAYMENT DETAILS DO NOT MATCH ON CALLING BBMP HELPLINE AGAIN THEY ASKED ME TO CONTACT MR AMAR WHO NEVER RESPONDED. THEN A COMPLAIN WAS RAISED WITH COMPLAINT NUMBER 20749661. FOR WHICH I GOT A CALL FROM DR MAMATHA WHO ASHED ME TO SHARE THE DETAILS AND AFTER REPEATED FOLLOWUPS DID NOT GET SOLUTION AND NOW AFTER CALLING HELPLINE I GOT TO KNOW THAT THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN CLOSED AS RESOLVED BUT IO HAVE NOT GET SOLUTION YET . I WANT AN ENQUIRY AND A COMPLAINT OF MR AMAR TECHNICAL TEAM E ASTHI AND DR MAMATHA FOR NOT SOLVING MY ISSUE. I WANT A RESOLUTION FOR MY ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST
