Subject Wrong WARD NO on my PROPERTY TAX RECEIPT
Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Residence address is as below.

No.5 , 5th cross, Dayanand Layout, 

Ramamurthynagar-Banaswadi Main road (Near Channasandra Rly Bridge )

Bangalore-560016

My propert Tax Receipt (SAS NO 1600172028) indicates WARD NO. 149 VARTHUR.  This appears to be wrong.

An application was given to Revenue Officer HORAMAVU (Ward No 25 ) on 5.6.25. on this aspect and requested for correction of Ward No. ( wheather ward no 25 or 26, BBMP to decide)

Subsequently matter was braught to  notice of comm@bbmp.gov.in. 

Unfortunately, I did not receive  any information regading correction of ward no on my property documents. Fact is that, I can not get E Khata with wrong Ward No. ( informed by JANASEVAKA)

Please Take necessary action to correct the Ward No at he earliest
