The encroaching branches pose a significant threat to the structure of our building and the safety of children who play on the terrace. During rainy seasons, the falling seeds, leaves, and flowers create an additional hazard.

Furthermore, the accumulated debris attracts insects, which can cause skin allergies when disturbed during cleaning. To mitigate these risks, I request that you arrange for the branches to be trimmed at your earliest convience.
