Dear Sir/Madam,  I have applied for an apratment in Parkwest - Magnolia tower in 2018. The builder was suppose to handover the flat to me by 2022. However, builder is intentionally delaying the project. Can you please help ?

We have raised complain to RERA also. But no help. Like me, there are many flat owners, who is waiting for there flat since 4 years. Builder is not willing to complete the work. They are not even allocating workers in this tower to complete the work and finish it. Instead they are allocating workers in other towers to complete those towers whihc is newer and more profitable for them. 

This is serious issue and need your help and support. Please put pressure from higher ups so that they will finish our projects first.
