Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Mangam Elite Apartments, 27th Cross, HSR Layout. There has been construction work going on in my adjacent building (Integrated Learning School) with high noise levels (>80Db). The construction is ongoing even on weekends and they refuse to use an electric motor/silenser instead of diesel motor. Requesting you to please take action immediately as the residents have new-borns and are getting disturbed.
