I paid Rs 125.50 from Axis Bank debit card on 11-8-25 (Ref no PUR/Bruhat Bengaluru Mahan/BBM02ADDCYBS/522312895490) at 17:14:14 hours. The money is debited, but the message on the BBMP  e-aasthi website was "Payment failed"). I have been trying yesterday  and today to put in the bank transaction reference on the e-aasthi website but the message is that "there is no record of the payment details".

Kindly confirm that this payment is received by BBMP.
