The EPID number is 2565855465, Flat number D-2185, Prestige Park Square, Bannergatta Road, Basavanapura, Bangalore 560083. Actually, the Data entry operator has assigned/entered my property Application/SAA number to some other property while entering the data in the system. My property application number is 2101891453, this has been entered to some other property i.e., EPID 9170789764. The Application for EKhata to be applied based on Tax Application/SAS number. 

    Due to, the mistake committed by your staff and not verified the correctness of the property details in the system by your supervisory staff, I had to incur almost Rs.4500=00 towards Taxi fare from Mahalakshmi Layout to Begur BBMP office (To and from)  and I had to waste my whole day. Apart from the above, the concerned ARO asked me to give Affidavit (for Affidavit they charged Rs.1200-00 towards stamp duty, typing and for urgency). Moreover, I don't understand why they need Affidavit from the owner for correcting their mistakes. If this is the condition of the retired state level officer, what about other common people. 

    To better understand as to how the BBMP official functions, Please find attached the copy of the latest Tax paid Receipt, the Draft EKhata and EKhata Ack of my property (most of the property details in the Draft EKhata are wrong and blank).

I hope, you'll ensure EKhata to my property without further harassment and delay.
