I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that has been causing significant inconvenience to the residents and pedestrians on Malagala Service Road, Bengaluru. A pet facility named Maruthi Pet Clinic located on this stretch is creating continuous nuisance and obstruction in the following ways:

1. Encroachment of Footpath:
   Benches and other setups have been placed on the footpath, making it impossible for pedestrians to use it.

2. Illegal and Obstructive Parking:
   Vehicles belonging to the clinic and visitors are routinely parked on the road, narrowing the usable road space and making it extremely difficult and unsafe for the public to walk or drive.

3. Unhygienic Condition:
   There is frequent accumulation of animal waste in front of the clinic, creating foul smell and an unhealthy environment. The road is often very unclean and unpleasant for those passing by.

Due to these issues, pedestrians are unable to walk safely, especially during peak hours. The lack of proper, accessible footpath is forcing people to walk on the road, which poses a risk of accidents.

We kindly request BBMP to inspect the situation at the earliest and take necessary corrective action to ensure the road and public pathways are restored for safe public use.

We hope this matter will be addressed urgently for the welfare and safety of everyone using this stretch.
