Sir/ Madam, 

I am the owner of site no 760 located in Arkavathi 3rd block, Formed by BDA , Survey No 19/1 of Venkateshpura village.  This is to bring it to your notice that, Site No 753 which is on west side of the site 760 has encorached 2 inches of my property and having the a wide big windows open towards Site 760. 
I have contacted the respective owner initially to get these closed and dont do plastering, he agreed for the same to close the openings with permanant construction.
Despite multple followups, he is resisting to close the openings  and now this will violate the BBMP Bylaws. 

I would request you to intervene to  here  for the needful help.
