Hello Respected Sir/Madam,

Am writing this email to express the grevience caused due to irregular Garbage collection at scheduled area. The Garbage truck doesn't arrives regularly and sometimes after 3 days during the odd times, which is causing significant inconvenience to the residents in our street.

Due to this irregularity, we are forced to hold off the Garbage for 3 days, which not only creates unpleasant environment and also poses health risks. The accumulated waste attracts pest and insects, increasing risk of Air Borne disease.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and please ensure the garbage truck visits our street regularly at fixed time. This will greatly improve the cleanliness and hygiene of our locality.
