I am writing this complaint to report the intentional and deliberate damage caused by a road roller worker during road compaction work carried out in front of our premises. The worker initially demanded payment, which we paid. However, he later demanded additional money, and upon our refusal, he deliberately misused the road roller, resulting in a visible crack on the newly laid road.
