We have been facing an issue with dry waste collection for the past one month. I have already raised a complaint through the helpline number 1533, but the issue has still not been resolved.

I have also contacted the area marshals multiple times; however, there has been no response from their side.

Additionally, the wet waste collectors are demanding money for collecting dry waste. This is against BBMP rules. As per the guidelines, dry and wet waste should be collected separately. However, if we pay money, the collector is mixing both dry and wet waste, which is not acceptable.

I request you to take immediate action on this matter and ensure proper waste collection without any unlawful charges.
