Subject: Request for cutting/pruning dangerous roadside tree at [Sampige mara (?????? ??).
This is to bring to your kind notice that one Sampige mara (?????? ??) located at 3rd Cross Kodandaramapuram Malleshwaram – Post, [Landmark near Mahaveer Ayurveda clinic] Bangalore 560003. Ward No. 64.
The tree has lost its TOP ROOT is in a dilapidated condition, likely to fall any time due to heavy rains, on nearby live electric wire causing danger to life and property.
A big branch fell by its own on Sunday 12th April 2026, causing minor damage to the vehicles parked outside. If this continues it will damage the property and human loss. I request BBMP and the Forest department to visit the place and inspect the conditions.
I have been raising the complaint to cut the Sampige mara (?????? ??) since from 2017 the BBMP officials will visit but no action taken place still date.
I feel that BBMP wants something big to happen with human loss or damage to the property and damage to the parked vehicles, it will be too late. posing a significant risk to pedestrians, residents, and commuters. With the upcoming/current rainy season, there is a high possibility of trees falling, which could lead to severe accidents and power disruptions.
Request to inspect the spot and direct the concerned to take the necessary steps to avoid any incident. I request you to inspect the site and grant permission to [cut down / prune] the tree to avoid any untoward incident.
