There is an issue with the garbage collection facility in my area - Vinayaka Layout, Bhoopasandra. The person assigned comes at different timings and does not wait to collect the garbage to be disposed. This is becoming a nuisance as it is difficult to keep up with their timings and go behind them on the street. Request your assistance on this matter. A reasonable regular timing, with a reasonable waiting period will be a suitable approach.
