We submit this representation to highlight certain discrepancies and irregularities in the tender process for the procurement of a "Portable Health Laboratory with 70 Plus Parameters." While we are interested in participating, we are concerned that these issues may affect the transparency, fairness, and compliance of the procurement process. Below are the points.
