I have a handicapped son. I need to travel to Kadubeesanahalli by bus everyday. The lift under the sky walk is not operational. As a result is becomes extremely difficult for me to cross the road with my son climbing the stairs.

All other lifts in the same raod e.g the one at Innovative bus stop, etc. are fucntionning.

Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and get the lift operations started in the Kadubeesanahalli bus stop.
