there is huge double site in 9th cross 1st main road, Soundarya layout. whilst we all have constructed house to protect our lands, keep premises clean and pay property tax, this owner has taken plot 20-30 years back and is least bothered about the condition of the vacant site. for him, there is no problem of paying heavy property tax because it is vacant site. i have been contacting several times and have informed to keep his plot well. We have had many heated conversations since many years now. He is ruthless and indescent. Huge heavy trees are grown. the overall plot is filthy filled with dust and debris. When asked about the shabby condition, he says he is maintaining them like a private garden and we have no rights to question him. kindly come and visit the plots condition once and you will see it looks like a worst dirty piece of land. At any angle it doesnt look like garden. he has cut many plants and trees and has left the heap of remains of these cut plants as it is without cleaning it. we all are already experiencing snakes and rodents problems. amidst all these he has left the plot dirty, plant and trees remains like dry leaves are  never cleaned and left as it is. They have not even cleaned the drainage path. recently bbmp performed escavation but this owner didnt even attempt to close the with stones. all trees and plants debris/dry leaves are falling inside the drainage path and the owner is not at all bothered. I suggest, if they cannot maintain property then why cant they sell. atleast people in need of land will buy,construct house and maintain well and keep the plot clean. Governemt should lay heavy tax on vacant site than the constructed house so that atleast wealthy people donot buy multiple plots and keep them in dirty condition troubling the neighbors
