I would like to bring to your attention a serious violation committed by the building owner at site no 9 SP 43, BDA, HBR Layout 2nd Stage, Shampura. Bengaluru 560045 and BBMP Ward No. 32. The construction at this site has been carried out in blatant violation of the sanctioned building plan approved by BBMP.

The deviations include:

• Construction beyond the permissible Floor Area Ratio (FAR).

• Encroachment into setback areas.

• Deviation in sanctioned plan.

• Carrying out work in the wrong way, posing safety risks.

This unlawful construction not only violates BBMP building by-laws but also poses a threat to the structural safety of neighboring properties and causes severe inconvenience to the residents in the area.

I request BBMP to take strict action under the Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act and initiate immediate enforcement, including issuing a stop-work notice ,if required.

Please acknowledge this complaint and update me on the steps taken.
