This property is legally owned by Mrs. Mary Gnana Sundaram, who is currently residing in New Zealand. I am her authorised representative and caretaker of the property.

It has come to our notice that unknown persons have illegally entered and encroached upon this property without any legal authority or consent from the owner. This amounts to criminal trespass and illegal occupation of private property.

All relevant property documents and tax records are available and are produced for verification.

This complaint is being filed for immediate intervention and legal protection.
