BBMP officers recently fined us ?2000 for garbage disposal and instructed us to keep segregated waste near our gate for collection by the garbage truck, stating that personal handover is not required.

Despite following these instructions, for the past 2–3 days the garbage collectors are refusing to collect waste unless someone stands outside and hands it over. This is not feasible due to irregular household timings.

We are complying fully with BBMP rules, yet garbage collection is being denied. Kindly instruct the concerned staff to collect waste from the gate as per BBMP guidelines and resolve this issue at the earliest.
