Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind attention that in the Banashankari 2nd Stage area (particularly around 23rd Cross, 4th Main Road), several shops and residential houses have placed heavy cement blocks, large rocks and metal gates on the public road.

These obstructions appear to have been placed to prevent the public from parking or accessing the road, as though it were private property. However, the road is a public road meant for free access and use by all citizens, and no private individual is permitted to block or restrict it.

Further, these rocks and cement blocks are not clearly visible during evening and night hours, posing a serious hazard to motorists, pedestrians, and especially two-wheeler riders. Such unsafe obstructions can lead to collisions, accidents, severe injuries, and even loss of life.

I therefore request you to kindly arrange an inspection and take immediate action to remove these illegal obstructions from the public road in the interest of public safety and smooth movement of traffic.
