Respected Madam/Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention that an Illegal Penthouse has been constructed by the Builder (Murali Naidu) on the terrace of SLV RajDriva Apartment in HBR layout 5th Block. 

The construction was left half done as the Owners had objected to this Illegal Penthouse being constructed.

But now the Builder wants to restart the construction.The penthouse is not registered or approved by BBMP. Neither does the Builder have the necessary approvals for the construction.The Builder has also been blacklisted by BBMP from constructing in the future.

We would be grateful if you could please intervene and stop this illegal Penthouse construction.
