I wish to bring to your attention that a preschool operating under the name Junior Junction Bee Preschool has been functioning in a residential building since 1st June 2023 without obtaining the requisite trade license and approvals from BBMP. The establishment of such a commercial activity in a residential premises, without due authorization, raises serious concerns regarding compliance with municipal regulations and zoning norms. It is further submitted that this matter has already been brought to the notice of the Hon’ble City Civil Court, and the issue is presently under adjudication in O.S. No. 2819/2024. In view of the above, I request BBMP to take appropriate action in accordance with law and ensure that necessary regulatory compliance is enforced.
