I have opened a new Dryclean & Laundry shop ( Franchise) in kumbulugodu,so i have applied for new Trade licence via online & Paid the fee of Rs 2500/-

 

Then,for the followup purpose ,i called the BBMP helpline number to get the update, i got MHO number for further followup,when i called the MHO,I got a reply,saying kumbulugodu is not coming under BBMP limit & cant issue the licence.

 

So request you to plz refund the Trade licence fee of Rs 2500/- which i have paid for the licence.

 

Kindly find the receipt of the fee which i have paid in the attached file.
