Dear Sir ,
Am a resident in shanmugarayan street, Near broadway theatre chennai-1. In the same street at door no 123/55,121/54 there is aplastic industry which runs on a domestic current because of which the local resident's are suffering like serious of power shut every day .When we asked the concerned officer's they are asking Favour and they are not behaving like a Govt employees .I would request you all to take necessary action and safe guard the people

This complaint may be passed on the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Vigilance Department for necessary action. They may be requested to update the action taken on the net agaist this complaint no.

The current status of the complaint must be made avaialble to the compalinant on line as per CVC complaint handling policy. Director IT to see why this complaint status is not avaialble for the compalinant to see its status. Lacunae to be set right and compliance reported to the Commission in one month.
